Speedy setup but some things took longer than expected
I switched from another system to try this software, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the initial setup went. Signing up and beginning the first training steps happened quicker than I thought. The dialer and calling tools were intuitive at the start, which saved me some time. However, when I got into the database management and more advanced features, progress slowed down because I had to figure many things out myself. In comparison with what I used before, this took longer. Still, I’m mildly enthusiastic about continuing since the software shows promise once fully understood. There’s definitely a learning curve, but the quick beginning made me hopeful.
