You guys really need to sort out your training materials because I wasted quite some time trying to find the basics. Training was not straightforward and I honestly didn't know where to start. Jo steps diye the software ko samajhne ke liye, wo confusing the aur jab maine help lene ki koshish ki telephonic support se, toh wo bhi itni clear nahi tha. Mujhe jyada time laga samajhne mein ki kaise database manage karna hai or calling tools ko properly use karna hai. Onboarding instructions thode ajeeb tareeke se arranged the, aur mujhe lagta hai ki agar app apni training videos aur manuals ko organize karoge better way mein, toh sabko jyada asaani hogi. I definitely did not feel guided enough, and it made using the product frustrating rather than helpful. Main yeh nahi kahunga ki software achha nahi hai, par training ke bina itna tough laga ki main thoda confuse ho gaya. Agar aap chahte ho ki log aapka software easily samjhein, toh training ko kaafi improve karna hoga, warna user log disappointed rahenge aur samay bhi waste hoga. Please please fix this as soon as.
