Some waiting but mostly smooth billing experience

The billing process overall was smooth, yet I noticed that I did wait at times when processing payments or receiving invoices. These waits weren’t excessive but noticeable enough when compared to the rest of the workflow. There was also some repetition during confirmation steps, which made me pause a bit longer than I would like. However, the clarity and the ability to view previous invoice details balance that out nicely. If the waiting and repeated confirmations could be trimmed, that would increase efficiency. Still, the thoroughness does help prevent mistakes, so I appreciate that even if it costs some time occasionally.
