Some useful training but confusing labels

The training provided was helpful in introducing basic features of the software. However, I found a lot of the wording and labels to be quite confusing. For example, several steps in the onboarding process used terminology that didn't really match what one would expect or was inconsistent, making it harder to follow. On the positive side, the telephonic support was quite responsive and tried to clarify these issues when I called. It seemed like the software itself has potential but the training material could definitely benefit from clearer language and better structured lessons. The onboarding flow was not as smooth as I had hoped, and I felt a bit lost at times due to ambiguous instructions. Still, the foundational training modules covered essential points, which was good given the complexity of remote workflows. I think if they revised the wording and possibly added more visual aids, users would find it easier to get started. Overall, some good aspects but mostly a frustrating experience navigating through unclear labels.
