Some unexpected effort went into solving the pre-purchase hiccup
I ran into a problem during the sales process when some details about software features didn’t match what I expected. It took a little effort to get through the follow-up conversations with support to clarify the situation. They were patient but it felt like a few rounds of calls and emails were needed to sort things out. The experience wasn’t frustrating, but I wouldn’t say it was seamless either. The software itself seems solid and the steps for signing up were clear. Overall, it handled things going wrong reasonably well, just with more back and forth than I hoped. Still, eventually I felt reassured the product would meet my basic needs based on after-sales explanations. I appreciate that they didn’t ignore the issue and kept working on it until I understood what was going on. It’s not perfect but workable for sure.
