Some training parts were fine but others missed the mark

Honestly, before I started the training I thought it would prepare me well for all the features of the software and the workflow. The initial modules were fine enough; they gave a decent overview and the tech setup walkthrough was clear. However, as I progressed, I realized much of what I experienced didn’t quite match my expectations. The pace of the training was uneven, with some sections rushing over important parts while others dragged on with overly basic material. The onboarding didn’t align with what I had assumed about the hours and effort needed, which was frustrating because it affected my ability to keep up. I also felt the training sometimes ignored practical scenarios, which would have been really helpful for understanding the dialer and database features better. The support was okay but wouldn’t fill in the knowledge gaps effectively. After going through it all, I’m left thinking the training might serve beginners better than those wanting full readiness. It was not all bad — at least the basics were covered — but definitely not what I hoped for based on the previews.
