Some training clear, most of it confusing and repetitive

I started the onboarding with a lot of hope, thinking that the explanations would make things easy to pick up. To be honest, the training started okay — some of the initial modules were clear and straightforward. But as I went deeper, it became frustrating. The way key points were explained often felt tangled and overly wordy, making me lose track. There were explanations given multiple times in slightly different ways, which only added to my confusion rather than clarity. I went back to review earlier sessions hoping to catch things missed, but the repetition felt like going in circles without real progress. On top of that, the interface for accessing the training material wasn’t very intuitive, so I sometimes spent more time finding what I needed than actually learning. Honestly, the good bits were overshadowed by the unclear directions and repeated content, so I ended up feeling stuck rather than moved forward. It’s a bit disappointing because I really wanted to understand the tools well, but the onboarding just didn’t make it simple for me even though there were some positives.
