some tools were ok but finding help was a pain
I struggled quite a bit trying to locate the right features I needed. The software promised a lot but the layout was confusing at times. I mostly found what I was looking for, though it required wandering through several menus and options. Sometimes the dialer would behave unexpectedly, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the database feature worked fine once I got it set up. The support was polite on calls, but getting through to them felt like a big hassle. Overall, it was a mixed experience, where some parts of the software felt ready to use, but other parts definitely needed improvement to be easier to find and navigate. Honestly, it left me a bit tired from all the searching.
