Some thoughts on one-off setup versus ongoing use
Thinking about the WFHI software and training, I’d say there’s a fair amount of initial setup that’s definitely one-off, like getting the dialer to work well with your database and understanding how the automatic updates function. That part took some focus and, frankly, more effort than I expected because I wasn’t sure how much was permanent versus something needing regular tweaks. The sales and pre-purchase process gave an impression that once you’re done setting things up, ongoing use would be more straightforward, though I’m still not completely sure if that’s the case for everyone. Like, if someone has a pretty stable schedule and predictable client database, this might suit them well. But if their workflow changes often or they need frequent adjustments, I wonder if the software will demand more repeated interventions. The training does a fair job explaining this, though sometimes it feels like it’s on the borderline between too general and too specific. So, in sum, I think it’s a good match for those who prefer a mostly fixed setup with some maintenance, but maybe less ideal for people who want constant flexibility with minimal fuss.
