Some things worked, some things didn’t
When I started using your training program, there were mixed results that I experienced. I found some steps to be clear and easy to follow, while others left me feeling a bit stuck and requiring more time than anticipated. Right from the beginning, I encountered some repetition in the training material. It wasn't entirely clear why I had to redo some parts multiple times, which can be frustrating. However, there were certain aspects of the program that were quite helpful. The calls I made using the dialer worked well, and I appreciated the guidance around those tools. The aspect that really stood out was the information's practical utility when applied to real tasks. I wish the onboarding experience was a bit smoother overall, but there were enough useful moments that I feel balanced about my experience. I'll continue to use the software because, despite the hiccups, it serves me well in various tasks.
