Some things setup easily, others need regular attention
Using the WFHI software introduced a few surprises in how much maintenance was required beyond initial setup. While the sign-up and initial onboarding steps went smoothly and didn’t take much time, I found that ongoing tasks like managing the database feature and regularly updating calling lists demanded continual attention. Automatic updates to the software were in place and kept things current without much intervention from me, which was convenient. However, occasional minor glitches with the dialer tool meant that I still had to check in periodically and sometimes reach out to support. The balance between one-off setup work and daily management was more even than I expected. What surprised me most was how the software could feel both streamlined and yet require steady input to keep workflows running efficiently. Overall, the experience was neither frustrating nor flawless, but it made me realize which parts needed a one-time effort and which ones would be part of ongoing use.
