Some things okay, but the labels in software really confused me

At first, I thought the software interface would be easier to understand, but honestly, the wording and labels left me puzzled most of the time. I was trying to find the database feature, thinking it would be straightforward as explained in the introductory materials, but the naming didn’t match up and I kept clicking around, getting nowhere. On the plus side, the sign-up and invoicing process worked fine enough without much fuss. The automatic updates didn’t cause any issues either, which was a small relief. However, this confusing navigation within the software overshadowed much of the ease I could have had. I tried calling support, hoping to get clarifications, but the responses didn’t quite clear up my doubts fully either. So even after several attempts, I felt stuck. I guess I expected the labels and menus to be more intuitive, especially for something meant to help remote workflows. Maybe it’s just me, but this mismatch made me doubt if I could keep using the software effectively.
