Some things explained ok, but some things just missing details
Looking back on the sales and pre-purchase phase, I found the explanations given were sometimes okay but often lacking depth. The team went through the main features quickly, and I had to ask repeatedly to get clarity on how things like the database and calling software worked day-to-day. The invoicing and payment process was outlined but not in a way that made it clear what I should expect exactly, which felt frustrating because these details matter. Their answers felt like they were rushed or tailored to a general statement more than focused on my specific questions. Also, the training schedule was mentioned but not very precisely, so I wasn't sure how much time I needed to allocate. I suppose I wanted a bit more thoroughness up front. Despite this, I felt the support was there if I needed it. It’s just that the missing details in early conversations made the start a little more difficult than it should’ve been. It’s useful to have the tools but harder if you don’t quite know what you’re signing up for beyond the basics.
