Some terms were clear but mostly confusing during training

The training and onboarding process had a mix of clear and confusing elements. On one hand, the modules were structured to cover different aspects of the software logically and the visual aids helped with understanding. However, several labels and instructions felt unclear or inconsistent. For instance, certain buttons were labeled in a way that didn’t immediately suggest their function, which caused some trial and error. Additionally, the terminology used sometimes mixed industry jargon with WFHI-specific terms, which made comprehension harder than it needed to be. That said, the pacing of the onboarding sessions was acceptable and the walkthroughs did guide me through the initial setup adequately. Ultimately, while some wording definitely stood out as needing improvement, the overall flow of the training wasn’t entirely bad. With more attention to clear labeling and consistent vocabulary, I feel the onboarding could be significantly easier to follow. As it stood, it was a bit frustrating at times, but I managed to get through it and get started with the database feature without too much hassle.
