Some surprises during pre-purchase but ended up reasonably confident
Initially, I was unsure about the specifics of the software functionalities and how the training would unfold, which left me hesitant during pre-purchase. The sales process provided a reasonable amount of detail but didn’t answer all questions immediately, especially about the post-sign-up experience and how updates would affect daily operations. However, after signing up and spending a week with the platform, I found the billing, database, and dialer tools pretty straightforward to use, and the training resources adequately comprehensive. The telephonic support was accessible when I needed guidance, which helped build trust. That said, the invoicing and payment steps could have been more transparent, as the wording was somewhat ambiguous at first. The automatic updates sometimes adjusted the interface unexpectedly, which was a minor inconvenience. In retrospect, I anticipated more handholding before purchase but figure this is common with software products focused on remote workflows. The surprise aspects did not overshadow my overall impression, and I felt reasonably confident by the end of the onboarding week, ready to keep using the software.
