Some support was okay, most I had to figure out myself
The communication support left much to be desired. I found myself having to figure out almost everything on my own without clear guidance. While the initial training materials provided the basics, when I encountered issues with the software’s dialer and database integration, the information was lacking and not easily accessible. The telephonic support was slow to answer and often didn’t provide solutions that addressed the actual problems I faced. The invoicing and payment process was the only smooth aspect. Signing up was straightforward and I received invoices on time, which was probably the one thing I could rely on without stress. However, for everything else, from getting the software configured to understanding updates or how to use calling tools effectively, I felt left on my own. The online resources were minimal and I had to spend a lot of time experimenting and troubleshooting by myself. If there had been better, quicker support with clear, step-by-step instructions or more responsive communication channels, my experience would have been greatly improved. Unfortunately, a lot of guesswork was involved, which made me frustrated and slowed down my ability to use the software fully.
