Some Support Available but Too Many Issues
I tried to sign up with WFHI but ran into multiple problems from the start. The software kept crashing during the initial setup and the dialer did not connect properly for my calls. When I contacted telephonic support, the wait time was long and the issues were not resolved during the calls. The training materials did not cover the specific problems I faced, leaving me unsure of the next steps. On the plus side, the payment process was clear and easy to follow. However, this was overshadowed by the fact that the software itself was unreliable and the database was difficult to access. Overall, the experience left me frustrated and I am not using the platform further. I expected a more functional setup process and better customer support to handle problems that occurred, but the reality was disappointing.
