Some steps were sensible but others felt misplaced or missing
Going through the sales and onboarding flow, I found that while the initial sign-up and basic software download were straightforward, the sequence of steps wasn’t always logical. For example, I expected to gain access to the database before having to configure calling tools, but these were presented in an order that seemed reversed. There was also a lack of clear guidance on updating billing details early on, which I realized only after attempting to use some features. The training sections appeared helpful but were not integrated with the invoicing or payment confirmation, making it harder to keep track of progress. On the positive side, telephonic support was offered early enough that I could clarify some details about the software install and payment process. The overall experience was functional but would benefit from a more cohesive and well-structured onboarding journey that reduces confusion about what comes next.
