Some promise, some confusion—here's my take

You do present the software and training well initially, making it seem straightforward. However, by the time I reached the end of the onboarding, I wasn’t entirely confident. While the sign-up process was clear and invoicing seemed organized, the way the calling tools and dialer functioned left much to be desired. The database feature seemed fine, but the automatic updates caused unexpected changes that weren't communicated well. The telephonic support was variable; sometimes responsive, sometimes not at all helpful. It felt like I was left hanging at times, which is frustrating when you're trying to grasp a new system. The training was okay but didn't compensate for some of the software's quirks. I grant that some parts worked smoothly, like payment processes and initial access. But overall, I felt unprepared to fully utilize the platform by the end. I’d recommend clearer communication and assistance during the key setup phases so users like me can feel truly confident that they know what they're doing. Right now, the balance between what works and what doesn't just leaves me uncertain.
