Some positives, but training steps felt messy

I want to say the telephonic support was helpful when I reached out. That definitely stood out as a bright spot. However, the overall training and onboarding order left me confused. The steps weren’t in what I’d call a sensible sequence. It felt like I was jumping from one topic to another without clear guidance. The training modules mixed software basics with advanced functions without enough context. As a result, I struggled to keep track of what I needed to focus on initially. Sign-up and payment process was okay but didn't add much clarity to my experience. Auto updates rolled out without disrupting work, which was fine. But the ordering of the training just didn’t sit well with me. I was hoping for a step-by-step flow that made sense for a beginner level. Instead, it was chaotic enough to make me question if I was missing something or taking a wrong approach. So, to sum up, I appreciated the support service availability, but the training order needs significant improvement. That part really affected how well I could get up to speed with the software.
