some parts of billing clear, others not so much - depends on you
Looking back on my experience with the billing and payment system, I feel that it suited me because I’m already pretty comfortable with digital invoicing and automated payments. The labels used throughout were mostly clear, making the whole invoicing routine quite smooth after I got the hang of the initial setup. However, I can see that someone new to this kind of system might find the terminology a bit overwhelming or confusing at first, especially when it comes to the more technical aspects of the automatic updates applied to the billing module. If you have decent experience with billing software generally, you'll probably find this system fits well and feels fairly intuitive. But for those less experienced, it might take some getting used to or even repeated reference to support materials, so it might not be the ideal choice for someone looking for absolute simplicity in payments.
