Some parts made sense, others just felt out of order and confusing

Honestly, I was kind of excited to start the onboarding, but the steps felt all over the place. Like, first they showed me how to use the dialer stuff but then jumped back to training about the database, and I got confused because the order didn’t flow logically in my head. On the plus side, the parts about the calling tools were clearly explained, so I could get going with that. But when it came to learning the full remote workflow setup, I felt I was missing pieces because the order wasn’t sensible—it just kept jumping around. I also felt stuck because some of the automatic updates I was supposed to rely on seemed to break the sequence I was following. So yeah, it wasn’t the smoothest ride, but at least some help was available by phone that I could reach out to finally. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating mess to navigate.
