Some parts easy, others you just figure out
So, getting started with the software had its ups and downs. I found the sign-up and payment handling pretty straightforward, and the invoices arrived neatly each cycle. The calling tools like the dialer worked well during my first week, making the workflow smoother. However, when it came to the database feature, I felt like I had to spend quite some time figuring things out on my own because the documentation was a bit thin in places. Training materials existed, but often I had to try different ways before finding what worked best for me, which took extra time. Automatic updates sometimes changed parts of the interface unexpectedly, so I had to relearn some steps occasionally. The telephonic support was okay but not always immediately reachable, which made me pause sometimes. When I circle back to it, though, I realize that the software gives you a lot of control but sometimes expects you to be a little resourceful, especially beyond the initial onboarding. Overall, it’s a mix: solid tools that require some personal effort, but not impossible to manage with time and patience.
