Some orderly steps, but you really need to rethink the onboarding sequence

You present your sales and onboarding process as if it’s a neat progression, but in practice it feels quite disjointed. The way the sign-up, payment, and training steps happen lacks coordination, so it’s confusing to know which comes first and what to expect next. I found myself jumping back and forth between training modules and payment screens, with no clear timeline laid out. That makes it harder to properly use the calling tools because I wasn’t sure if I should wait for invoicing to finalize or start dialing right away. On the plus side, the software itself and the database feature work well once you get through it all, so not everything is bad. However, from a customer’s point of view, having to guess the order and timing reduces confidence in the experience. It would be better if the process was more clearly organized and explained, so users can smoothly progress without feeling lost or needing multiple reminders. Essentially, you have useful software but your onboarding steps require serious rethinking to avoid this confusion.
