Some of the labels and terms were unexpectedly confusing

During my initial training and onboarding with the software, I noticed some issues that surprised me. While the overall flow of setup was logical, the wording used in certain sections did not match my expectations. For example, the labels within the calling tools and the database feature were sometimes ambiguous, so I ended up spending more time than I anticipated trying to understand their purpose. The training materials were informative but occasionally overly formal in tone, which made it harder to engage with the content. Additionally, the automatic updates introduced new terminology without adequate explanation, leading to occasional confusion. On the positive side, telephonic support was available and helpful when I reached out, though the wait times could have been shorter. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment processes were well-organized and clearly outlined, which did help to maintain a degree of clarity throughout. Overall, I was surprised by how much effort was needed to fully grasp the interface verbiage, which could be improved for future users to make onboarding smoother and less taxing on the trainee.
