Some might find the labels intuitive, others will get stuck and annoyed
I have to say I’m torn about how the labeling and wording in the support portal and software feels. On one hand, the dialer is labeled simply as ‘Call Manager’, which makes sense once you know it, so if you just want a direct calling tool it fits. The database feature is called ‘Resource Hub’, which sounds fancy but doesn’t clearly indicate it holds client data until you explore it. If you’re new to remote workflows or software of this type, you might struggle to find or understand some features because the terms aren’t very straightforward. The billing section is under ‘Account Finance’, which isn’t standard and could confuse someone looking for invoices or payment details quickly. I explained this confusion once to support and got a polite but slightly circular explanation about updates and changing terms. So honestly, if you’re very patient or familiar with similar software, these labels won’t be a big deal, but casual users or those who rely heavily on clear instructions might find the wording a barrier rather than help. It might suit experienced remote workers best, but not newbies who need clarity from the start.
