Some labels made sense, others left me scratching my head

Hey, just wanted to share my experience with the onboarding process through the training modules. Honestly, most of the labels and terms made perfect sense to me, they were straightforward and intuitive, especially those related to the calling tools and database features. But there was one part that really stood out and somewhat confused me—the way some sections referred to 'workflow stages' seemed a bit ambiguous, like I wasn't sure if they meant different steps in the calling process or actual project phases. It caused a little pause and made me double-check things, which slowed me down at first. Aside from that, the sign-up, invoicing, and payment process were clean and clear. The telephonic support helped clarify the confusing labeling when I reached out, and the automatic updates didn't seem to break anything. Overall, I'd say the wording was mostly fine, but that one spot definitely caught my attention for being a little unclear compared to everything else.
