Some labels made sense but mostly the software was frustrating

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: WFHI’s software has a lot of promise, but the actual experience left me disappointed. Some labels in the user interface were clear; for instance, basic functions like calling tools were easy to find and understand. However, many of the dropdown menus and database categories used wording that didn’t match what I expected, which caused confusion and wasted time during my sessions. I often had to guess what certain options would do, and that guesswork led to mistakes or extra steps. The automatic updates sounded good, but I noticed sometimes the software would change its layout unexpectedly, making it harder to navigate. Calling telephonic support felt like going in circles; some explanations were vague, and it seemed like they had no consistent terminology either. On the plus side, signing up and getting an invoice was straightforward and painless. Honestly, I was hoping for a smoother experience because the concept is solid, but the unclear language and inconsistent labels in the software turned out to be a major frustration for me.
