Some labels helpful, others confusing — mixed feelings overall

When starting the onboarding and training, I expected the labels and wording throughout the software to align smoothly with typical remote workflow terms. Some parts, like the dialer and database names, made sense and felt intuitive, which was good. But many labels in the training materials and menus seemed oddly named or counterintuitive, making it difficult to follow instructions without guessing. For example, the terms used for call scheduling differed from what I anticipated, causing some initial confusion. Compared to other platforms I've seen, it was less consistent in language use. While I appreciate the automatic updates keeping things current, the phrasing inside the software sometimes felt like it was translated without much care. Overall, the good parts were helpful for basics, but the confusing terminology slowed down the onboarding process more than I thought it would. The contrast between clear and unclear wording left me with mixed feelings about whether the training fully met expectations.
