Some labels and words made me hesitate
Generally, the training material seemed warm and welcoming, but I did feel uncertain at times because some of the wording and labels used in the software were not immediately clear. For example, certain buttons didn’t have intuitive names, which made navigating through the dialer and database setup a bit tricky initially. It was apparent they aimed to be user-friendly, but some phrases seemed technical without explanation, causing me to pause and double-check the guides. This made the onboarding a bit slower than I expected, even though the content itself was thorough. So while I liked the supportive tone, clearer terminology or better labeling would make the whole process smoother and more accessible for new users like me.
