Some key functions missing, had to figure out basics myself

I found the software quite robust once I got started, but I was surprised at how much I had to figure out on my own. The initial onboarding and training provided by WFHI were comprehensive to some extent, but there were significant gaps. For example, the integration of calling tools with the database was not clearly explained, so I spent a lot of time experimenting to get it to work smoothly. Additionally, some features appeared in the dashboard without any accompanying instructions or support references, which made me feel like I had to troubleshoot issues independently. While the automatic updates kept the software current, they sometimes changed the interface without prior notice, which further complicated navigation. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment system were straightforward, but the lack of timely support responses in this area added to my frustration. Overall, although the software has potential to be a valuable tool, the missing guided support in key areas and reliance on self-learning are problematic. I would recommend that WFHI include more detailed manuals or tutorials to help new customers use the platform effectively from the start.
