Some help needed, but mostly I navigated sales myself
The sales and pre-purchase process with WFHI required me to put in some effort figuring things out on my own. While signing up was straightforward enough, I found that when it came to selecting the exact features and understanding ongoing requirements, I had to spend quite some time reviewing their documentation and testing the software. Support answered my queries but wasn’t always immediately available, so I learned a lot by exploring independently. Training and onboarding details were generally clear, yet a few product nuances required trial and error to fully grasp. I had a small reservation about the level of guidance during the billing setup; some explanations could have been clearer to ease confusion around invoice cycles and payment methods. Still, with some persistence, I managed to get everything configured properly and appreciate the flexibility WFHI offers. Overall, the process took a moderate amount of effort from me and I would say it’s manageable but not completely hands-off. Some extra detailed support would improve the experience, especially for first-timers navigating it all alone.
