Some good things, but finding details was tougher than expected
While the sales and pre-purchase information did highlight some useful features, finding exactly what I needed wasn’t as easy as I had hoped. The website and materials had decent descriptions but sometimes lacked clarity on specific functionalities or limitations of the software. On the plus side, the navigation was generally intuitive and I liked that the customer support was reachable for basic questions before signing up. However, deeper information on pricing tiers or included tools required more digging than I expected, which was somewhat frustrating. This made the decision process a bit slower, as I wanted to be sure of what I was getting. In summary, I appreciate some aspects like accessible support and decent layout, but wish the detailed info was more readily available upfront to make evaluation smoother.
