Some good points, but mostly slow and frustrating

Accessing the software was a mixed bag. The sign-up process was straightforward, which I appreciated, but after that, getting into the actual software had some bumps. The platform would sometimes lag, and I had to refresh repeatedly. The support team was somewhat responsive, but I found their replies a bit delayed for urgent issues. The dialer worked okay when it connected, but often faced glitches that made communication frustrating. I will say the database feature was useful once it was set up, but overall, the experience felt inconsistent. It got the job done, but just barely, and I expected a smoother workflow for the price.
