Some good points but mostly disappointing onboarding experience
Honestly, the training and onboarding process here didn’t quite meet my expectations considering what I was used to before. The initial setup took longer than I thought it should, and it felt like there wasn’t a structured path laid out as clearly as I hoped. Compared to other software platforms I’ve tried for remote workflows, the navigation was not very intuitive, so finding the specific training modules I needed was a bit frustrating at times. What I did appreciate was the phone support; reaching out and getting someone to explain certain parts was helpful, though it often meant waiting a bit. The onboarding materials seemed a bit generic and less tailored compared to previous experiences, which made the relevance questionable for my actual work scenario. Still, some of the training videos did highlight crucial features like the dialer and database management, which was somewhat useful. Coming back to that point, even though I struggled initially, the database feature once configured did do its job reasonably well. Nevertheless, all the back and forth and piecing information together was time-consuming and not the smooth process I’ve seen elsewhere. In summary, while a few specific aspects including support were okay, I find the system less user-friendly and slower to get through than alternatives, which is why I can’t rate it higher.
