Some good and some not so good aspects
When comparing this software to what I had used earlier, I noticed several differences. The onboarding flow was a bit slower and more complicated than I expected, which didn’t help me start quickly. However, once I got through the sign-up and invoicing process, it was fairly straightforward—no major issues there. The dialer was functional but lacked some of the customizable options I was used to, making the calling experience somewhat frustrating. The automatic updates also sometimes disrupted my workflow unexpectedly, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the telephonic support was responsive enough when I needed advice. Overall, while this software does cover the basics reasonably well, it doesn’t quite match up to the seamless experience I had before. I was hoping for something closer to that, especially in terms of flexibility and ease of use.
