Some frustration due to figuring things out myself
I have mostly had a positive experience with the training and onboarding, but I must admit I felt a bit frustrated about how much of it I needed to work out on my own. The formal training sessions provided a good overview, yet many of the practical steps, like navigating the dialer and managing the database entries, required individual trial and error. There wasn’t a always a clear guide for certain tasks, which made it difficult to move forward efficiently. The software's automatic updates sometimes changed interfaces, complicating things further without immediate guidance. Nevertheless, once I adjusted, I did appreciate the overall structure, despite the need for self-guided problem-solving along the way.
