some features worked well but a few missed the mark
I went into this expecting the software to be pretty standard in terms of access and usability, and in some ways it met those expectations pretty well. The calling tools and dialer system functioned smoothly most of the time, which helped me stay organized during the workweek. I was also genuinely pleased with how the database feature lined up with what I thought it would do; it made managing contacts easier and more efficient. On the other hand, I found that some parts didn’t exactly match what I had pictured beforehand, particularly the onboarding flow which felt slightly rushed and not as comprehensive as I hoped. There were moments when automatic updates changed things abruptly, which threw me off a bit, making me wonder if I had missed some new instructions. So while a lot of the software was solid and practical, a few aspects didn’t quite deliver the smooth, predictable experience I had imagined. Still, considering the overall utility, I think it balances out fairly well — some strengths with a few drawbacks, but not dealbreakers by any means.
