Some effort involved but not overwhelming
Signing up for the WFHI software and getting through the initial training was mostly smooth, although there were a few moments where I felt I was going around in circles. The onboarding process itself took a bit longer than I expected, mostly because some of the same information was repeated during different training modules. This meant I had to wait on a few screens while the system loaded explanations I had already seen. Despite this minor repetition, the calling tools and the dialer became pretty reliable after a few days of use, which meant less hassle when I was trying to work with their database feature. Automatic updates seemed to happen quietly in the background and didn’t interrupt my workflow, which was a relief. The sign-up process and payment were straightforward, and invoicing was promptly provided, which helped keep things organized. Telephonic support was available for quick questions, although I found that waiting times could stretch out when too many calls were coming in. In summary, although I had to spend a notable amount of time navigating some repeated content and occasional waiting, the overall experience felt manageable and the software setup was largely efficient and helpful.
