Some confusion about explanations made me hesitate
The overall feeling I had after looking into WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase information was one of hesitation. While the sign-up process itself was fairly straightforward, the explanations given about the software’s features and usage were not very clear. I found myself having to reach out to customer support several times to clarify basic aspects of the product. Unfortunately, the responses were sometimes vague or slow, which added to my reservations. On the positive side, the initial training materials and onboarding steps seemed well-structured when I finally understood them, and the invoicing process was transparent and easy to follow. However, the lack of clarity early on made me unsure if this was the right software for my workflows. Although I will admit the support eventually helped clear up some doubts, the pacing and quality of communication felt below what I expected, leading to a cautious overall impression. I suppose more detailed pre-purchase information would have helped avoid some of this uncertainty.
