Some clarity would help
The sales process was fairly smooth and informative, which is what I appreciated most about it. However, I did feel a bit lost with certain setup aspects, which I had to figure out on my own. I wasn't expecting so much trial and error. Just a bit more guidance during the setup would have made things easier.
