Some clarity but had to figure out a lot myself

The onboarding and training process with WFHI had its positives and negatives for me. On the good side, some parts of the training were structured clearly enough to get a decent introduction to the software features. I was able to understand how the main calling tools and the database were expected to work, so that groundwork helped me start. However, a large amount of figuring out happened outside of the provided materials, which was frustrating. It often felt like the training just skimmed the surface and left important details for me to discover through trial and error. This made the initial phase slow and sometimes confusing, especially with updates that changed things without much notice. On the other hand, I must admit that the telephonic support was accessible and sometimes offered useful guidance when I managed to reach them during busy times. Billing and payment explanations were straightforward and less troublesome than the training part. All in all, the experience was uneven: you get some clarity upfront but need to do a fair bit of independent problem solving to really manage effectively. I might have preferred a more thorough onboarding experience to avoid that extra effort. So, weighing both sides, I find myself hesitant to fully recommend, but I acknowledge the attempt to provide decent foundational training.
