Some aspects fit my work hours, some didn't quite
The sales and pre-purchase process with WFHI was okay overall, but I noticed a few things that didn’t fit my actual work hours well. On the plus side, the team was flexible with scheduling demo calls and some training sessions during the afternoon, which aligned nicely with my working time. This helped me absorb the info without feeling rushed. However, the invoicing and payment notifications often arrived at times when I was offline, making it harder to manage those steps promptly. I also found that some software updates happened during my busy morning stretch, and I couldn’t access the tools easily then, which disrupted my planned tasks. The calling tools and dialer worked well once I adjusted to them, and the database feature integrated fairly smoothly with my workflow. Telephonic support was responsive but only during certain hours, which didn’t always sync with my available slots. Overall, while several parts of the process and tools matched my hours, a couple of timing issues made the experience somewhat uneven. It felt like more attention to syncing updates and communications to users’ hours could improve ease of use, but the core functionality was solid for my needs as it stood now.
