Some answers took more time than expected
I had a mixed experience with the support and communication from WFHI. On one hand, when I did get a response, the explanations were clear and useful. On the other hand, it often took a while to hear back, which was a bit frustrating. I felt like I was left hanging at times, waiting for answers that I needed quickly. In the end, though, when I did get help, it was generally effective. I guess it's a bit of a trade-off between waiting and finding useful information.
