Solid training programme but not entirely effortless each day
I found the training and onboarding to be really quite effective overall, especially after using the system regularly beyond the initial setup. Initially, I needed some time to familiarize myself with the different modules, especially the dialer tool and the database management section. Those components required a bit more patience and repetition to get comfortable with, but I noticed that daily use made a huge difference. The training materials were clear and helpful, although a few procedures were slightly outdated compared to the software updates which meant sometimes I'd have to double-check or experiment myself. On the plus side, the support team was available to help clarify any uncertainties I had after the first few days. So while the effort was not negligible, I believe it would suit anyone willing to invest the time to learn gradually. The onboarding flows made it easy to progress step-by-step, which helped reduce overwhelm. My only reservation might be that some parts could be simplified for busy users with less time for hands-on practice. Still, it’s a robust training experience that stood up well to real-day usage.
