Solid support but not always quick
I found the telephonic support generally helpful, with staff willing to assist when needed. They responded well during my initial queries, which was encouraging. However, some times the wait on the line was longer than I would have liked, especially when I needed urgent assistance. The balance between responsiveness and delays was noticeable, making the experience somewhat mixed. In general, I think the people behind the support are capable and ready but the system could improve to reduce waiting times. Still, I was mostly satisfied with how they handled my issues.
