Solid setup, but ongoing adjustments could be less frequent
You provide a software platform that is easy enough to set up at the beginning, with clear onboarding and training. The initial steps, such as getting familiar with the dialer and database, feel like a one-time investment of effort. However, you need to be aware that there are still frequent updates and adjustments needed later on, which can disrupt the flow a bit. While automatic updates are convenient, sometimes they introduce minor changes in the calling tools or interface that require some relearning. So, the setup is largely a one-off, but the ongoing tweaks keep me on my toes. This balance is good for keeping the software current but sometimes frustrating when things change faster than expected. Overall, I am happy with the functionality and the support I get, but I wish the update process was a little smoother and less intrusive.
