Solid features but occasional stability issues

After several weeks of using WFHI software day to day, I've seen both the strengths and weaknesses of the platform. The database feature integrates well with my workflow, allowing me to keep contacts and calls neatly organized. The dialer tool mostly worked without glitches, though sometimes automatic updates would disrupt access temporarily, requiring a restart or a help call. Support has been generally helpful when I needed to resolve those issues, but that sometimes felt like an extra step in a busy day. Sign-up and the invoicing process were straightforward and didn't cause any real issues. Access after initial setup was usually smooth, letting me focus on actual work instead of technical problems. That said, I do think some stability improvements could help the software feel more reliable, especially around peak usage times when lag or crashes happened a few times. Overall, the system delivers key functionality well but could use a bit more polish on performance for day-to-day use.
