Software works mostly well but some daily quirks remain

I’d say the WFHI software overall is dependable but not flawless in day-to-day use. The access steps worked fine on the first try, and initial database loading was smooth. However, during the week, I noticed the dialer sometimes lagged when switching contacts, and calls occasionally dropped without clear reason. Updates seemed to improve some features but created minor hiccups elsewhere like in the reporting dashboard, which needed a refresh to show correct data. The software did handle most tasks reliably, but these small annoyances added extra steps to my routine. On the plus side, the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to spend time manually checking for new versions, so that was convenient. Support was helpful whenever I reached out but I had to put in some effort repeatedly for the same issues, which was a bit frustrating. Sign-up and payment were clear and straightforward, so no problems there. In short, I’d tell a friend it’s a solid tool with some rough edges that might require patience sometimes, especially for multitasking workflows like mine.
