Software worked most days but had its off moments
After using the software daily for a few weeks, I found it had a bit of a mixed track record. Most days, the calling tools and dialer were responsive and worked fine, which made my workflow smoother. However, there were random occasions when it lagged or even froze, especially when accessing larger parts of the database. This inconsistency slowed me down and was frustrating enough that I had to reboot the setup occasionally. Updates would happen automatically, which is good, but sometimes I felt like they brought minor glitches that affected daily tasks. The sign-up and payment experience was smooth, no hassles there at least. Support was reachable but not always timely when the issues arose during actual work hours. I kept repeating some explanations whenever I called for help, which wore me out. Training helped me understand the tools basics, but I still found a few daily quirks that the training hadn’t prepared me for. So, while the software does what it promises to an extent, the day-to-day reality includes some rough patches that made my experience somewhat tiring overall.
